Project Description: Jordan School District’s Transportation Department is looking for a third-party transportation service provider (Offeror) that can transport Special Education students as needed when a school bus is not a viable option.

It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award.
This RFP will result in a contract for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year annual renewals for a total maximum of five (5) years.
JSD reserves the right to review the contract resulting from this RFP on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis. JSD may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract.
This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
