Project Title: Building G Health Science Renovation
Description: This project consists of the renovation of approximately 22,722 square feet of existing facility that houses the Health Science Programs. Existing building plans will be made available for use. The renovation and associated 2,726 sq. ft lab expansion will allow for increase class size and more innovated instruction. This project will also allow for new simulation and clinical learning spaces to facilitate innovative simulation scenarios, and a modern structure complete with the latest technologies to better prepare students for their nursing careers. The project will result in four renovated non-health sciences classrooms and enhanced and improved existing lab spaces. Also, the project includes the purchase of equipment and advanced technologies commensurate with health care industry standards. An estimated $706,097 for owner purchased equipment and advanced technology is included in the total project cost. These items will be installed by the owner unless need to be attach to the facility and installation services are necessary to be performed by selected firm.
