Snell Street Transitional Housing Project

The County of Tuolumne, through its General Services Agency, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to conduct renovation and construction work at a County-owned supportive housing property.

The County has established a continuum of housing for Health and Human Services Agency clients. This property is being developed as transitional housing which allows clients to participate in the housing program for up to two years. The two separate homes can house up to ten (10) clients, once this project is completed.

This project consists of roofing and minor electrical, mechanical, fencing, asphalt paving and nonstructural repairs at 720 & 728 Snell Street. The project also involves construction of a retaining wall and patio area to include implementation of a drainage plan. All plans, specifications, and supporting documents are uploaded as attachments to this invitation for bids. Permits and approved plans have been issued and funding for this project is reserved.
