Electronic Message Center Replacement

The City of South Daytona, FL is soliciting bids for Electronic Message Center Replacement . Sealed paper bids will be accepted in the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, located at 1672 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, Florida 32119. Bids may be submitted electronically via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/southdaytona . Bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 .

Project work includes removing the existing electronic message center display boards and furnishing and installing two (2) new LED message center display boards at City Hall, located at 1672 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, Florida.

The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the project as a fully operational, turnkey installation.
