QBS 24-001 Hale Street Rehabilitation Project (US 34 to Larson Street)

The City of Plano, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from a qualified

engineering consultant for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Hale

Street Rehabilitation Project from US 34 to Larson Street. As a part of the selection

process, the interested consultants are required to submit a Statement of

Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work.

2. Scope of Services

It is the responsibility of the consultant to ensure they have any pertinent documents

from the City’s website including pre-final plans and specs that will be posted.

The SOQ shall be submitted in printed format, 3 copies, no later than 2:00 pm

(CST) on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

The SOQ shall be mailed, or hand delivered to the City of Plano, City Clerk’s

Office, 17 E. Main Street, Plano, IL 60545 by the due date. Any SOQ received

after the above noted deadline may not be used as part of the consultant selection

process. The SOQ should include the City’s bid number (QBS 24-001) on the outside

of the envelope.
