Parkson and Hycor Combi Replacement Parts

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement to Parkson Corporation Inc. for the provision of Parkson and Hycor Combi® parts for maintaining the Hycor septage system at County Water Reclamation Facility.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Parkson Corporation, dated October 23, 2024, Parkson Corporation is the sole source provider for parts for all Parkson and Hycor Products. Parkson Corporation is the original manufacturer/ supplier of all Parkson and Hycor products and is the only source for EOM replacement parts.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
