RFP: Instructional Systems Design

Project Description: General Description: The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the "Airport", seeks to establish a multiple-award, as needed agreements for instructional design, training development, multimedia production, and related professional development services to support the Airport's training and workforce capability initiatives. The Airport intends to award multiple contracts from this single solicitation to the highest-scoring, best-value respondents. Proposers must submit a comprehensive proposal covering all deliverables. It is anticipated that the top 3 to 5 ranked vendors will be selected to form a qualified vendor pool, though the Airport reserves the right to award more or fewer contracts based on the quality of submissions received.
Contract Term: 5 Year Contract
Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 10% (which requires an SBE+ certification to meet the goal).
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
