Auction fees:		3.5 % Buyer’s Premium Commission, 4.5 % County Commission to Auctioneer. Seller understands that the Auction Company will be charging a 2.5% Internet Service Fee and (which is payable by the buyer to the Auction Company) and it will be retained by USGovBid/Auction Liquidation Services.
Method of Payment		Cashier’s Check and Money Order made payable to U.S. GovBid, or may be made by wire transfer. Payments shall be received twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of invoice.
Terms:		Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of winning the bid and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises.
Possession:		The removal of the property must be scheduled. Contact the MCPO at 609-255-0668 to schedule a pickup appointment. Appointments shall be scheduled within four (4) business days of the close of the auction. “NO EXCEPTIONS”. The deadline date for removal is October 29, 2025.
Minimum Bid:		Subject to County Confirmation.
