Project Description: Salt Lake City Corporation (City), through its Department of Airports (SLCDA), is inviting proposals from qualified firms (Respondents) to propose and execute a business model to finance, design, build, market, operate and maintain a state-of-the-art airside and landside dedicated multi-tenant cargo facility under a long-term ground lease at the Salt Lake City International Airport (Airport).
