A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at CAPPA South, 706 Greek Row Drive, Room 133, Arlington TX 76019. Failure to attend pre-bid meeting will disqualify bid. Vendors who obtain bid other than directly from the University should check this site for updates, addeda, etc. Vendors downloading the bid from this site should email contact information to vlewis@uta.edu to register interest in the project.
