Summary

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document.

The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract or issue a purchase order for the product(s) and/or service(s) stated: To provide printing of tax bills, various notices, and other reports and forms as requested for the Dane County Treasurer and the Planning and Development Department according to the specifications set forth within this RFP Posting. .

Services would also include mailing and distribution of aforementioned documents via US Postal Service and pickup by municipal treasurers.

The Dane County Purchasing Division is the sole point of contact for questions and issues that may arise during the RFP process.
