Montgomery County Dept. A&I Prefabricated Building for Coroners

Project Description: The Department of Assets & Infrastructure is seeking qualified contractors to install a pre-fabricated shelter on the grounds of the Coroner's Office, located within the Public Safety Training Campus in Eagleville, PA, to be utilized as a mausoleum for unclaimed remains. The Coroner’s Office desired better, more dignified housing for unclaimed cremains that they store. To the east of the main building, a prefabricated shelter with faux brick to match the main building will be installed on a concrete foundation. A short concrete sidewalk will lead from the parking area to the shelter.
