Rehabilitation of Substation Enclosures.

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: W. 143rd Street Substation (#133): refurbishing steel windows; restoring stone and brick façade; cleaning and refurbishing doors; cleaning and painting steel columns, first floor walls, and ceiling; repairing concrete cracks and spalls on underside of the roof slab; replacing the steel lintel beam in the basement; waterproofing existing structural slab above the basement; installing new lighting fixtures, conduit, and wiring; and constructing a new sump pits and discharges; Decatur Street Substation (#70): cleaning and injecting cracks at the underside of roof slab; repairing spalling concrete of the roof slab; sealing water leaks, conduits, and fire stop conduit penetrations; and cleaning and painting flanges of steel columns. East 161st Street Substation (#88 cleaning and injecting cracks at the underside of the roof slab; cleaning and painting of rusted structural steel members; sealing water leaks, conduits, and fire stop conduit penetrations; Hunter South Substation (#170): cleaning debris, soot, and ash caused by fire damage at the underside of the roof slab; repairing spalling concrete at the underside of the roof slab; sealing water leaks, conduits, and fire stop conduit penetrations; and performing condition survey of structural steel member. This is an A + B Bidding Contract.
