NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO J.C. Gonzalez, Inc., HC 01 Box 8389 San German, PR 00683, United States to the VA Caribbean Healthcare System 10 Calle Casia St. San Juan, PR 00921. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
