Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”) seeks to engage multiple professional staffing consultants to provide services for the MTA C&D Signals Business Unit to assist with the NYCT Subway CBTC Signal Modernization Program. The positions are as follows:

1. Technical and Program Oversight Executive for Communication Based Train Control for the Signal Modernization Program.

1. Manager for Performance and Implementation for Communication Based Train Control Signal Modernization Program.

1. Manager for Planning and Organization for Communication Based Train Control Signal Modernization Program.
2. Systems Engineer for the Communication Based Train Control for the Signal Modernization Program.
3. Manager for On-Board Communication for the Communication Based Train Control for the Signal Modernization Program.

1. and 7. Safety Managers for Processor-Based Train Control Systems (2 positions).
