Synopsis:
|
|
RMIS Engineering (RMIS) on behalf of Regina Roman Cathoilc School Division No. 81, is soliciting Sealed Bids for the roof replacement tender / fall protection at Miller Comprehensive High School.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 32,245 ft2 (3,000 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS
roof system.
The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included.
The Work is anticipated to begin on June 26, 2026; the completion date is December 15, 2026.

A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 11:30 AM on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to reschedule the time and date of the review.
