The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Attach new specifications document to show changes made in section 3.1.4 of environmental specifications.

2. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Add attachment "Airfield Rubber Removal - QA".

2. Add SOW attachment 3 - Addendum 1.

3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Project Title: Airfield Rubber Removal and Repainting

Project Location: Dyess AFB, TX 79607

7 CONS is looking to procure construction services to perform rubber removal and repainting for the airstrip at Dyess AFB.

This is a total small business set aside.

SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS: Interested vendors must submit a capability statement, technical approach document outlining how all requirements in the SOW will be accomplished, and the pricing breakout form with all information filled out completely. Please see Technical Factors document for detailed instructions on the requirements for the technical approach document listed above.

DUE DATE: Interested vendors must submit proposals no later than December 19th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. CST to 2nd Lt. Nathaniel Joines at nathaniel.joines.1@us.af.mil.

EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price found to be technically acceptable. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
