Solicitation Description:

The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas and provides regional water, wastewater, and other services to the greater Denton County Area.  UTRWD is currently seeking proposals/bids for the provision of:

Mowing and Grounds Maintenance - #1 Admin/Taylor Plant

Pending Board approval, a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year options to renew may be awarded to the most successful bidder(s).  Contract beginning and ending dates will be contingent upon Board approval and notification of award to successful bidders.  Tentatively, the beginning date of these contracts will be February 2026.
