The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for chemical toilet and handwash station rentals and services as well as on-call district wide chemical toilet and hand-wash stations rentals and service at the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument in San Simeon, CA and across the San Luis Obispo Coast District, in the San Luis Obispo County, CA. On-call rentals shall be requested across multiple State Parks in the San Luis Obispo County, CA. Bids will be accepted via mail and e-mail until April 22nd, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) at which time they will be publicly opened. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids SLO Coast District email at DPR.BidsSLOCoastDistrict@parks.ca.gov no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening due date. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement.
