Description:

Partial renovation to Beasley Hall including restroom, finish, and exterior envelope renovations and all related work. This project will be carried out with a phased delivery to allow for construction to be carried out during summer 2026 and summer 2027. This will allow student housing to remain operational during the fall and spring semesters. Construction for each phase is to be bid separately using separate bid packages.
