This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Swabbing Services for Gas Production on an “as required” basis.

Bids must be received through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system. Hard copy submissions will not be permitted.
