Window Replacement at Fire Station 6

The City of Warner Robins (“City”) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit a qualified and experienced contractor to furnish and install windows at Fire Station #6. This project involves the removal and replacement of existing windows at the facility.  Complete project scope and specifications are outlined in Attachment #1: F-4739 Window Replacement at Station 6 RFP.

A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (ET). To remain eligible for bid award, at least one representative from the respective contractor must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting.

Proposals will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (ET).

Contractors are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to RFP specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (ET).

Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation.

The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
