    The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above project.
    THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DOES NOT EXCLUDE ANY PERSON
    FROM PARTICIPATION IN, DENY ANY PERSON BENEFITS OF, OR OTHERWISE
    DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANYONE IN CONNECTION WITH THE AWARD AND

    OF RACE, COLOR, SEX, POLITICAL AFFILIATION/INFLUENCE, OR NATIONAL

    CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: A GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER
    TO SUBMIT A BID ON ANY NON-FEDERAL AID PROJECT WHERE THE BID IS $30,000.00 OR
    MORE, EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN SPECIALTY WORK AS DETERMINED BY THE LICENSING
    BOARD. ON FEDERAL PROJECTS, THE APPROPRIATE CONTRACTORS LICENSE SHALL BE
    OBTAINED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF BID OPENING. FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR TO

    CONTRACT, NONCOLLUSION CERTIFICATION, DEBARMENT CERTIFICATION AND

    The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI

    will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to
    the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, or
    national origin.
