Kingman Police Department Mobile Surveillance Unit

The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing one (1) mobile surveillance trailer with multiple cameras that has the ability to transmit and record video from mass gathering events and high crime areas. When deployed the Mobile Surveillance Unit will transmit video of these events to the emergency operation center for real time surveillance of these events to assist in a targeted response to any threats . Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include shipping and taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed.

The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman .

Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal.

Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 6:00 pm , Arizona time, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 .

Bids are due by 3:00 pm , Arizona time, on Monday, September 15, 2025 . The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this IFB.

Mailed, faxed, hand-delivered, and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Mailed bids will be disposed of, unopened, and will not be returned to the Bidder.
