The University of South Carolina – Parking and Transportation Services (University) is seeking the services of a qualified consultant/consulting team to develop a comprehensive Strategic Plan, hereafter called “The Master Mobility Plan”. The Master Mobility Plan must be integrated with and support the University’s Campus Master Plan. The plan must clearly outline the recommendations that will guide decision making over the next 10 calendar years.
