The work for the FRANKLIN PASTURE TENNIS COURTS shall consist of but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of the following:
? Remove and replace existing bituminous concrete pavement tennis courts and walkways and existing gravels. The total proposed tennis court and walkway area is approximately 5,800 square yards.
? Install approximately 2,350 linear feet of new 6-inch underdrain and French drains.
? Remove and replace existing fence with approximately 1,850 linear feet of 4-foot and 10-foot-tall chain link fence and swing gates.
? Remove and replace existing light fixtures, 10 total, and associated conduit, wires, control cabinet, concrete pad, and push button controls. Existing light pole bases, light poles, and electric meter/service to remain.
? New acrylic surfacing, court striping, nets, and posts. Three northern-most courts shall be striped for both Pickleball and Tennis.
? Repair lawn and landscaped areas as necessary.
