The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) releases this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive sealed proposals for clinical and fiscal expertise and consulting in Medicaid Nursing Facility (NF) rate development processes under new methodologies, including the Resource Utilization Group IV (RUG-IV), Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM), and potential innovative alternatives for one or more of the NF rate setting components.

As prescribed in Section 6.5, the Offeror’s total complete proposal submission (the original Technical and Cost Proposals, all required copies, and the electronic copies (USB drives)) must be received by ODM no later than 2:00 p.m . EDT on April 15, 2025.

This is a reposting of the previously posted MCD Sourcing Project "NF Rate Consulting" SRC0000029087. Any inquiries posted to the previous Sourcing Project that require response will need to be resubmitted to this new Sourcing Project.
