The work can be generally described as the excavation, removal, and replacement of damaged culvert in three separate locations within the Fort Pickett Training Area. All three culverts have either rotted away or have been damaged beyond repair.All bids must be submitted electronically online via eVA using the Bidderâs established eVA Supplier Account.An optional site visit will be held at DPW Building 234 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The purpose of this site visit is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation.
