Project Description: The purpose of this specification is to establish a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts & Accessories for Water & Wastewater Existing Equipment for 66 lines that were not awarded on RFB BF20-00013033 (Original Manufacturer Parts & Accessories for Water & Wastewater Pre-Existing Equipment).
This master agreement will be for equipment that is repaired with OMP parts in order to prevent damage or incorrect fitting to the current equipment and not violate manufacturer warranty where applicable. ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods and/or services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
