April 13, 2026 Questions due
April 20, 2026 Proposals due and opened at 1:00 PM
April 23, 2026 Proposals accepted for review at 10:00 AM
Apr. 21 to May 1, 2026 Vendor interviews (if required)
On or before May 21, 2026 Proposal awarded

Please note that responses to this RFP/Q must be received by April 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST via the PennBid website at www.pennbid.net.
CUSTOMER reserves the right to reject any and all responses resulting from this RFP/Q. Late responses will not be accepted. CUSTOMER is not liable for any cost incurred by any person or firm responding to this RFP/Q.
CUSTOMER reserves the right to reject as non responsive any proposals that do not contain the information requested in Section VII and Appendix A of this RFP/Q. Additionally, CUSTOMER reserves the right to reject as non responsive any proposals which are not organized and formatted as described in this RFP/Q.
The Blair County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, omissions, defects, or irregularities in the proposals, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is for the best interest of the Blair County Commissioners. The County of Blair may consider the qualifications and experience of the bidders and proposed subcontractors when evaluating bids.
