Overview
Summary

The Work generally consists of: The renovation of four existing restroom structures located within Brengle Terrace Park as identified in the exhibits. The entire structure should be considered as part of the restroom renovations including the drinking fountain, bottle filling station, maintenance facility doors and any other misc. portions of the structure. Restroom #4 also consists of a prefabricated concrete restroom building constructed by CXT. All replacement parts should be available through CXT or the contractor may choose to manufacture or purchase replacement parts elsewhere as long as they conform to the existing quality or space requirements.
