Description
This notice is for the purpose of seeking capable contractors to provide ALS, BLS and CCT Ambulance Transport Services for eligible Veteran beneficiaries. The Department of Veterans Affairs VHA Bath VAMC of the Finger Lakes Healthcare System has a requirement for ambulance transport services. The services to be provided are for transporting eligible Veteran beneficiaries to scheduled medical appointments. The Veteran beneficiaries are located at the Bath VAMC, 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810. The performance period shall be for a base period plus four (4) option periods. Services are needed to commence October 1, 2025, and the procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 621910, and the size standard is $22.5 million. The solicitation package can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, at Contract Opportunities from the link http://www.SAM.gov when published. If capable vendors are available, the solicitation package may be available on or about August 1, 2025.
