PARK CITY BUS BARN HEATING UPGRADE - IFB

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is accepting bids for the Park City Bus Barn Heating Upgrade project.
The work includes the removal of existing radiant tube heaters and providing new gas-fired heaters along with electrical connections, flue venting, and natural gas piping.
Bids must be uploaded to the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) by 2:00 PM local time on Monday, April 27, 2026. At 3:00 PM, that same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in a hybrid (online & in-person) meeting in the East Conference Room of Park City, City Hall located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, UT 84060. Bid Documents will be available on Monday April 6, 2026, and may be obtained on U3P. A Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required.
All questions concerning this project must be submitted in writing to U3P by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Please read the Questions Section available through U3P before submitting a question because your question may have already been addressed. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PCMC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the bids when deemed in the best interest of PCMC.
