The platform must provide current item‑level pricing, historical trends, indexes, forecasts, and expert market insights, along with analytical tools to assess pricing shifts and enable timely, data‑driven decisions in a rapidly changing commodity environment.
This action incorporates CLIN 0001 to upgrade the existing Expana Internet Database User License (Advanced – 10 users) to the Premium License – 10 users for performance during the base year. The subscription upgrade enhances capability from Advanced to Premium.
