The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide full comprehensive maintenance and repair services for approximately 19 elevators throughout the agency for a one-year contract period with the option to renew for two additonal one-year terms.
PRE-BID SITE VISIT
A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on May 7, 2026 @ 9:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at City View Towers located at 657 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA. 01854.
Please ensure you have licensed personnel in attendance for restricted areas.
