Public Notice Broadway Circle Request for Proposal
The City of Minot is requesting proposals for the lease and operation of a 6-unit Family Homeless Shelter, a 17-unit Low to Moderate Income (LMI) complex along with the long or short term management of the retail spaces located 101 19th Ave SW; 15 19th Ave SW and 45 19th Ave SW. All three locations are located within the City of Minot, ND 58701.
Deadline for receipt of proposal responses by the City is 4:00 p.m., on March 7, 2025. Applications will be received in the City Clerk’s Office at the Minot City Hall, 10 3rd Avenue SW, Minot, ND 58702. The address is P.O. Box 5006, Minot, ND 58702. There will be a meeting on January 24, at 10:30 am in the City Council Chambers in the Minot City Hall, located at 10 3rd Ave SW, Minot to answer questions regarding the RFP along with information pertaining to the taxes on the facility.

Tours of the facility will be held on January 22, 2025 at 10:30am and January 29, 2025 at 10:30am. These tours will be held at the Broadway Circle location. Those attending the tour are asked to meet in Suite C, located next to the restaurant.
