Lift Station 4 Mitigation

The City of Dania Beach is currently seeking bidders for Lift Station #4 located at 1151 SE 5th Avenue, Dania Beach, FL Latitude 26.037480, Longitude -80.134690 B. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to demolish the existing submersible wastewater lift station including controls and emergency generator as applicable and install a new submersible wastewater lift station with control systems and emergency generator at each location. The project will include, but is not limited to, all demolition, lift station installation, controls, SCADA, electrical, flow meter vault, gravity sewer, sanitary manholes, force main piping and fittings, start-up services, training, site restoration, associated roadway and right-of-way restoration, and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete and accepted project. Construction of this project will require close coordination with the Owner and Engineer.
