Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection
Synopsis:

Submissions marked "COR25-00138 – 2026/2027 Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

The City seeks submissions from qualified proponents with previous proven experience in the cleaning and CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) inspection using National Association of Sewer Service Companies’ (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) certified individuals of both the domestic and storm sewer collection systems, as well as the domestic and storm sewer manholes through NASSCO’s Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP) certified individuals.

The scope of work includes the following and is not only limited to below:

  • Sewer Cleaning
  • CCTV Inspection
  • Manhole Inspection
  • Solid Debris Removal
  • Traffic Control, among others

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Additional Information:

There will be an information session regarding this competition on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. The session will take place via video conference using Microsoft Teams. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Wednesday January 28, 2026, at 3:00 pm, CST.
