Beaufort County requests proposals from all interested firms, licensed and permitted in the State of South Carolina experienced in the disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure a contract to dispose of waste generated by residents of Beaufort County.
