Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72201 (8th Floor) until Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 2:00PM CST.
Ozark Point WTP Lime and ZOP Improvements
The Project generally consists of installation of new Liquid Lime and Liquid Zinc Orthophosphate feed systems and decommissioning and removal of the existing hydrated lime system. The scope includes construction of a new lime storage/ feed building, electrical/controls and valving and piping related work.

Plans and specifications may be examined at the above office at no cost. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Crist Engineers, Inc. online at www.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $50.00 for each set. No refunds or payment will be made, and no partial sets will be issued. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
A non-mandatory Prebid Walkthrough will be held on October 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at Ozark Point Water Treatment Plant, 701 N. Martin St, Little Rock, AR 72205. Each bidder shall be limited to three (3) personnel per organization. The Engineer and the Owner will be present to answer questions. All questions shall be directed to the Engineer.
All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
