APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) will select Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the following A-E services specific to Army and Air Force medical facilities: Facility design services, A-E technical support, engineering surveys and assessments, engineering studies, facility planning, solicitation and bid document preparation, commissioning, and A-E construction phase services. These services intend to be procured through task orders using Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC). These IDCs will primarily support the USACE Medical Center of Expertise & Standardization (MCX) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) as well as other DoD and non-DoD customers.
