Campbell County Rockpile Museum is currently accepting proposals for vendors to provide an interactive mining simulator. This mining simulator will be the centerpiece of a new energy industry exhibit called “Powering America” which highlights the important role the Powder River Basin has played in providing power for our nation.

All proposals in response to this RFP are due no later than 5pm MDT June 1, 2026.
Evaluation of proposals will be conducted from June 1, 2026, until June 5, 2026. If additional information or discussions are needed with any bidders during this one-week window, the bidder(s) will be notified. The selection decision for the winning bidder will be made no later than June 17, 2026.
Upon notification, the contract negotiation with the winning bidder will begin immediately. Contract negotiations will be completed as soon as possible. Notifications to bidders who were not selected will be completed by July 1, 2026.
Project Timeline: Our goal is to complete this project by September 1, 2026.
