Department of Health (DOH) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to ESO Solutions Inc. (ESO) to upgrade DOH’s trauma registry. DOH is required by RCW 70.168.090 to collect and analyze data on causes, severity, and medical care of trauma incidents to help improve the availability and delivery of trauma services. The existing ESO trauma registry platform will be upgraded to ESO’s cloud-based “Patient Registry” solution to continue registry operations without service disruption.
