WATSON ROAD PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT
ROCK-MOORE PUBLIC WATER AUTHORITY
SULPHUR ROCK, ARKANSAS
Sealed Bids for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements and Watson Road Pump Station Replacement project will be received by the Rock-Moore Public Water Authority, 6920 Harrison Street, Sulphur Rock, Arkansas 72579 until 2:00 PM local time on November 12, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The water treatment plant improvements consist of installing two new vertical turbine high service pumps including new discharge header piping, valves, yard piping, and expansion of the building together with incidental and ancillary work. The Watson Road pump station replacement includes constructing a new prefabricated potable water pumping station, yard piping, and site work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the office of the Rock-Moore Public Water Authority, 6920 Harrison Street, Sulphur Rock, Arkansas 72579 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at the following:

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Crist Engineers, Inc. online at www.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $25.00 for each set. No refunds or payment will be made, and no partial sets will be issued. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Any contract(s) awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) program as described in the contract documents.
This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, §§ 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
