SOLICITATION
Alessi Keyes Construction, acting as Construction Manager-Agent for Lonoke County, Arkansas is seeking interested qualified Subcontractor Bidders/Suppliers for the new Lonoke County Justice Center to be constructed on Dee Dee Lane in Lonoke, Arkansas. To obtain bidding documents/instructions contact Charley Dawson at cdawson@alessikeyes.com or 501.225.6699. Bids are due no later than 2:00pm on October 30, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bid Security of 5% of the bid amount or Cashier’s Check must accompany each bid in excess of $50,000. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Bidders must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
