General work description: The contractor will be responsible for completing various habitat restoration tasks that are required in different County locations. The work may include vegetation management, hand planting, hand seeding and hydro seeding, native plant identification and cutting, seeding and replacement, invasive plant treatment and undesirable plant removal (including herbicide application), placement of mulch, installation, maintenance and removal of temporary irrigation systems, watering of plants by hand and general site maintenance including remediation of plant pathogens in planting areas.
