This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Design Services for the Regina Opioid Addiction Treatment (OAT), Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine (RAAM), and Virtual Access to Addiction Medicine (VAAM) Tenant Improvements Project, referred to as the “Project”, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
