Project Description: The Division of Contracts and Procurement has received a request to purchase from a “sole source” vendor. If, for any reason, any party does not agree that this sole source purchase is applicable, please email the contact person for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement Division prior to 12/05/2025.
Salt Lake County seeks to: Continue the services requested under this as a continuation of a contract that had been given to Custom Data Processing, Inc. (CDP) and the request is for CDP to continue the work that had been initiated under the original contract. This includes:
• Customized, Specialized software for Environmental Health data storage, tracking, inspections, inventory, and investigations of regulated establishments.
