Richland County is seeking qualified bids for construction to upgrade conveyances to improve water quality in the Hickory Ridge drainage area. This project is being funded in whole/in part by SC Infrastructure Investment Program, administered by SC Rural Infrastructure Authority & funded by Federal State & Local Fiscal Recovery funds through the American Rescue Plan Act. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations.
