Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:



North Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Allen Pkwy and IH-45 and continuing in a westerly direction along Allen Pkwy, ending at the intersection of Allen Pkwy and Kirby Dr.





West Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Allen Pkwy and Kirby Dr. and continuing in a southerly direction along Kirby Dr., ending at the intersection of Kirby Dr. and IH-69.





South Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Kirby Dr. and IH-69 and continuing in an easterly direction along IH-69, ending at the intersection of IH-69 and Polk St.





East Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Polk St. and IH-69 and continuing in a northerly direction along Polk St. to Lamar St., then continuing along Lamar St. to Dallas St., then along Dallas St. to IH-45, and continuing along IH-45, ending at the intersection of IH-45 and Allen Pkwy.

Requirements: Antenna space on roof required, 24/7 access to offered space and parking. Offered space shall not be located within 1,000 ft from a residential area, school, or religious organization. Offered space shall not be located within 1,000 ft of a shopping center or mall. Facility Security Level II required. Mat room shall have a ceiling height of 10’ (minimum) The space will be occupied by a law enforcement agency. 10/2023 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
